1 1/2 cups of plain flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
pinch of salt
1 tbsp vanilla essence
butter to melt in the pan
Add all ingredients (apart from butter) to Thermomix.
Mix on speed 4 for 20 seconds, check to see if all combined repeat if required.
I like to let my mixture rest in the fridge for 30 minutes or so.
Add some butter to a hot pan, spoon batter in and cook for 1-2 mins,
then flip and cook for 30 seconds.
Spread with jam (our favourite is Rose Hip), roll up and eat!
